Ferrets are playful, mischievous, and endlessly entertaining. They form strong bonds with their owners, learn tricks, and have a clownish energy that makes them one of the most interactive small pets.
Ferrets spend 4-6 hours a day awake and most of that time playing. They stash toys, hide in tunnels, and do a "weasel war dance" when excited. Many ferrets learn to fetch, come when called, and even use a litter box.
